Senior Category Leader / Non-food - Retail (Ref. JE5872)
A major multinational retailer with an enviable growth record and a significant presence in Hungary.
Managing seasonal product ranges (gardening, stationery, media and entertainment, Xmas decoration etc.) and the trade plans for phone shop, photo shop and optical care.
Feladat
- determining and managing strategy, product range, price, promotions and display solutions
- leading the supply chain process
- maintaining close contact with suppliers at a strategic level
- developing and realizing shop-in-shop concept
- working closely with CE HQ
- managing a buyer team of 2-5
Elvárások
You must be customer focused, driven to achieve results, adaptable and flexible, with :
- at least 5 years' experience in multinational retail in a similar position (category management/buying) or on the supplier side in category /product /sales management positions.
- proven leadership skills
- strong strategic, planning, analytical and organising skills
- fluent English
- college/university degree
