Warehouse Manager (Ref. JE5885)
Our client is an international freight forwarding and logistics service provider with a partner network across 5 continents.
Your primary goal will be to achieve operational turnover/cost as set out in the annual budget. To achieve these goals you will coordinate workload and motivate and assist the team as required.
FeladatYou will:
- ensure that operational assignments are completed within the agreed timelines and the set KPI’s
- negotiate with customers, suppliers and agents
- initiate or participate in continuous improvement projects
- ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
ElvárásokYou must have:
- strong experience of forwarding and warehousing
- familiarity with local legislation and regulation regarding warehousing and customs
- experience in:
- material handling
- reporting and setting KPI's
- transport documentation
- customs procedures
- warehouse management systems
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
